Ujjwal Ghaiwat

Ujjwal Ghaiwat was two weeks old when he lost his father. He lived with his mother, elder sister, and grandmother, who was bedridden. Initially, his mother earned a living by preparing lunch boxes but due to an increase in financial dependencies, she started a full-time job as a caretaker. Thus, as Ujjwal moved towards his formative years, he lacked proper direction and guidance. To provide the same, the Ra foundation enrolled him in St. Xavier’s Highschool, Panchgani through its Happy Kids Program. Ujjwal learned the importance of discipline, cleanliness, sportsmanship, and academics in school. During the lockdown, the foundation also helped him with network issues and subject-wise explanations.
