Shankar’s father drives a rented auto and does small odd jobs to make ends meet for his family. Shankar is being raised solely by the father; his mother left them.
Shankar has had a difficult childhood as he was witness to frequent fights at home between his parents. The frequent fights and commotion have pushed Shankar into a shell and has made him fearful. Shankar has an artistic inclination and art-based work is his happy space.
